Ingredients

Arai keerai powder, roasted Bengal gram, toor dal, black urad dal, dried red chillies, crushed roasted garlic, black pepper, cumin seeds, asafoetida and salt.

How to use

1. Mix 15–20 g with cooked rice.
2. Add ghee, sesame oil or coconut oil.
3. Mix well and serve.

Serving size: 10–12 g per meal.
