Ingredients

Curry leaf powder, black urad dal, toor dal, chana dal, coriander seeds, dried red chillies, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, tamarind powder, asafoetida and salt.

How to use

1. Mix 15–20 g with cooked rice.
2. Add ghee, sesame oil or coconut oil.
3. Mix well and serve.

Serving size: 10–12 g per meal.
