Ingredients

Black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, garlic, chana dal, black urad dal, dried red chillies, salt, asafoetida and edible vegetable oil.

How to use

1. Mix 15–20 g with cooked rice.
2. Add ghee, sesame oil or coconut oil.
3. Mix well and serve.

Serving size: 10–12 g per meal.
