Ingredients

Aavarampoo powder, roasted Bengal gram (kadalai paruppu) powder, roasted black gram (ulundu) powder, dried red chilli powder, garlic powder (with skin), salt, curry leaf powder and asafoetida (hing).

How to use

Mix 1 tablespoon (10 g) in 250 ml hot water.
Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Add fresh coriander, lemon or a drop of ghee if desired.

Serving size: 10 g per cup of soup.
