Ingredients

Palak (spinach) powder, onion powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, garlic powder, black pepper powder, dry ginger powder, curry leaf powder, turmeric powder, lemon powder, salt, asafoetida, sugar and corn flour.

How to use

Mix 1 tablespoon (10 g) in 200–250 ml hot water.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes for flavour and thickness.
Add fresh cream, butter, coriander or lemon juice if desired.

Serving size: 10 g per cup of soup.
