Ingredients

Horse gram (kollu), garlic powder, coriander seeds, black pepper, cumin seeds, toor dal, dry ginger powder, chilli powder, curry leaf powder, turmeric powder, tamarind powder, salt, asafoetida and sugar.

How to use

Add 1 tablespoon (10 g) to 250 ml hot water.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add ghee, coriander, lemon or vegetables as preferred.

Serving size: 10 g per cup of soup.
