Ingredients

Mudavattukal (oakleaf fern) powder, urad dal, split Bengal gram, toor dal, fennel seeds, cumin, coriander, black pepper, garlic powder, curry leaf, cinnamon, clove, dry ginger, bay leaf and salt.

How to use

1. Add 1 tablespoon (10 g) to 200–250 ml hot water.
2. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
3. Adjust salt and spice as desired.

Serving size: 10 g per cup of soup.
