Orders and acceptance

Submitting an enquiry, sample request or order request does not by itself create a confirmed order. An order is treated as accepted only after SAMEZ confirms product, quantity, price, payment terms and other relevant commercial details.

For bulk, OEM, private-label, custom pack or product-development work, the final written quotation, purchase order, invoice, specification or mutually accepted commercial communication will take priority over general website terms.

Product variation

Food ingredients and minimally processed products can show natural variation in colour, aroma, texture, particle size or taste between batches. Such variation does not automatically indicate a defect.

Images on the website are illustrative and actual product appearance or packaging may vary.

Pricing and taxes

Retail prices shown on the website apply only where a public price is displayed. Bulk, OEM, private-label, sample, custom pack and commercial pricing is provided separately and may vary by quantity, specification, packing and delivery requirements.

Samples and trials

Sample availability, quantity and charges may vary by product. A sample is intended for evaluation and does not guarantee future commercial availability at the same price, format or specification.

Shelf life and storage

Always follow the shelf-life, storage and usage instructions stated on the product label, invoice, specification or commercial communication supplied with the product.

Where a product is opened, repacked, blended, processed or stored by another party, the resulting shelf life and product condition may differ from the original sealed supply conditions.

Intellectual property

Website text, design, logo, brand assets and original SAMEZ content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAMEZ will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse, improper storage, third-party repacking, modification, or use outside the agreed product specification.

Governing commercial documents

For B2B transactions, specific terms written in an accepted quotation, invoice, purchase order, specification sheet or signed agreement will override any conflicting general website term.
